Cody Shay
Cody has lived his whole life in Ringgold County except for the time he spent attending college at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. There he earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Agricultural Studies. Cody is a Certified Crop Advisor and successfully owned and operated his own business, Advanced Ag, LLC, for 12 years before selling it in 2014. Cody has dedicated much of his time over the years to helping farmers manage their farms through cash flow analysis and selection of crop inputs.
Brandi Shay
Brandi attended Iowa State University earning a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting and an MBA with an emphasis in Agricultural Business. Brandi has over seven years experience working for agricultural retail companies. Brandi is a Certified Business Advisor and most recently has been a Regional Director for America's SBDC where she has spent much of her time counseling businesses in strategic management and business succession planning. She is also an adjunct instructor teaching accounting and management courses for area colleges.
